Wheat Ridge Traffic Study

The City of Wheat Ridge required an initial Traffic Impact Study to be completed to meet their preliminary zoning and development requirements. This study, which can be accessed by clicking the link below, was submitted to the City in January 2005. It was completed by local traffic and engineering consultants Felsburg Holt & Ulevig with oversight by City planners and engineers. The focus of this study was to perform a preliminary analysis of the impact of possible development on local city streets and possible solutions that could address those impacts.

This study will be revised upon the completion of the Environmental Assessment which is currently underway.
